Is that a new fashion or are you just that ugly?
I thought about saying that to a woman in a gas station. She was wearing a light blue pajama set with shorts for bottoms. You could very clearly see her panty lines. On her feet were a pair of fuzzy, purple slippers. She dark red hair (seemingly dyed) and relatively tanned skin. She had a lighter tucked against one breast underneath the pajama top. One breast had a tattoo on it and the other looked as though a sticker was left on it while tanning.
Change your script to, “Mother, there is so much beauty in you that it’s a shame you try so hard to hide it. Here, let me try to coax the beauty to come out for the world to see.” Then, perform your magical ambush make-over. Don’t criticize, but beautify. You’ll feel a lot better about yourself, too.
