Do I spend too much on clothes?
Here are the average prices per item:
Jeans- $275
Shoes- $250
T-shirt- $90
Polo Shirt- $125
Dress shirt- $220
Dress pants- $350
Suit- $3600
Coats/jackets- $975
Sweaters- $375
Is this just way too much to spend on clothes? The main brands i buy are Armani, Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren, and Versace.
Depends on just how much clothes you do buy. If you only spend this much every few months then fine. (I know people probably don’t realize it but they spend just as much on cheaper things, but they do add up).
If you spend this money all the time and it isn’t yours, by actual working, then I think you may be spending too much.
Seriously if you are below the age of 18 where are you going that you need to wear a $3600 suit, or $975 coat? A football game? A party, with dirty drunk kids? I highly doubt there’s any reason to spend this much on all those clothes.
Save up, and buy a mansion one day!
Of course you’ll probably just go on buying stuff that costs way too much, but have fun!
