Will make my son look like a wannabe black?

I go to a local custom hat store that sells hats from 3-10 bucks. My son seen a flat brim hat that caught his eye. It was a blue hat that hat pink paint splattered all over it a white chain design and says Square from Deleware in yellow graffiti. (WE ARE FROM DELEWARE ) It was 3 bucks and 34 cents. Hes keeping it in hold. Hes noticed something about rappers hats and he found it. I wont even bother to ask if he wants the skater flatbrim hats like Hurley,Element,Zooyork etc (hates those brands). He wears muscle shirts, painter jeans and low top basketball shoes. Thats his style. But the hat mght make him look gangster. He goes to a school with a whole bunch of blacks. Im not racist but i want him protected. Hes the kid who wears doc martins and t shirts with the wrestlers on them. LOL

well, i say just let him be him. but, it is good that you are concerned about him. some ppl wouldn’t care what happens to there kid as long as they are cool with them. but, let him wear what he wants and if he gets in trouble then make him sell it or something. but, as long as he isn’t in trouble and doing fine, let him be him.
