Dinosaur footy pajamas for teens-adults?

Its about to be me and my girl friends anniversary and i want to get her son dinosaur footy pajamas cause she has always wanted a pair. She is size 16 in girls and or a small in adult or large in kids if they are for a boy. i cant find them anywhere on the internet. Could you guys give me links on where i could find these? Thanks
