i luv to draw and i wanted to be a bit famous and wanna publish some stuff,,but….?

im still learning cg.,,
dont really know how to publish anything..
wanted to sell stuff,,like mugs and t-shirts,, etc with my drawings on..
and kinda doing manga….
dont know any publishers and where to buy the supplies(t-shirts, mugs..magnets..blank ones),,
ya…
do u guys know any publishers/retailer stores in North York ,Toronto,,or a bit further,,,
cause im poor,, cant afford shipping fees…=”=

You might try starting an online comic. A fair number of people have been picked up by companies like TokyoPop just from having a good online presence. I also believe that some of the manga or comic publishers hold competitions and you could submit your art at that time. You can also get good ideas by attending conventions and showing your work at them.
