First of all, it’s much easier to read when you don’t type in all caps – it’s a turnoff.
As for the t-shirts, I don’t think it’s a wise idea. You’re asking the INS for permission to stay here (if you entered illegally, and I’m assuming you did?). Since you’re asking a government agency for a favor, you should be on your best behavior so you don’t anger them or raise any red flags. The smallest thing could turn them against you.
