got the chills and cant sleep. got any remedies?
im laying in bed under a thick comforter, my heater is on im wearing pajama pants one sock and a hoodie with one arm in it. im freezing so i put the other sock on and put the jacket it on fully then i overheat and take it all off so i ended up with one sock and one arm in the jacket im getting chills and its obvious that im sick im just exhausted and want to sleep what can i do? also whenever i take off a sock my foot is FREEZING cold! also i have a massage tomorrow… should i cancel or keep it my back is so sore. appreciate any responses and please dont state the obvious, I KNOW IM SICK! thanks
