Can us busty gals wear button-down blouses? Is there a way to look professional?
Button-down shirts can end up developing gaps between the buttons if the woman wearing them happens to have larger-size breasts. And not all of us want to show off what we’ve got to the whole world! So is it considered professional to wear a camisole underneath, so that the gaps don’t really show anything? Or do I have to learn to sew my own darn shirts? Anybody else frustrated by this?
Well…you could buy a larger size that fits your boobs and have your shirt tailored. I have done that quite a few times because i can not wear off the rack button downs. The boob gap is unprofessional in button downs…even if you wear a cami under it, it looks like you are wearing ill fitting clothes.
